    Secured premises with insurance covering goods in storage — including lithium batteries. Your stock is protected from the moment it arrives.

  • Loading dock access

    Convenient loading dock for efficient receival and dispatch. Experienced in both small and large container unloading — no delays, no damage.

Battery storage compliance

Lithium batteries require specific storage conditions — separation, ventilation, and appropriate access controls. Our facility is configured to meet Australian freight safety requirements for lithium battery storage, and our goods insurance covers battery products. This gives your brand the confidence that compliance is handled, not assumed.

    A fully equipped workshop separate from the storage floor — purpose-built for bike assembly, pre-delivery inspection, servicing, and maintenance.

  • PDI and assembly

    Every bike can be inspected, assembled, and repacked to your specifications before it leaves the facility. Qualified mechanics, not general labour.

  • Ongoing servicing & maintenance

    We can provide scheduled maintenance programs for brands that want to offer their WA customers ongoing service support — or step in where no local service network exists.

  • Minor repairs & transit damage

    Issues resolved in-house before delivery — avoiding the cost, delay, and customer experience damage of returns.
