Born from 10 years on the ground
PoB Logistics grew directly out of People on Bicycles — a Perth-based active transport organisation with over a decade of experience delivering programs, managing bike fleets, and working with schools, universities, and community organisations across Western Australia. Their work focuses on getting more people riding bikes as everyday transport, not sport.
We didn't start as a logistics business. We started as active transport practitioners and mechanics who needed to move, store, prepare, and maintain large numbers of bikes to deliver our programs. Over time, that operational capability became a service in its own right.
What we offer bike brands today is built on that foundation — not a warehouse that happens to store bikes, but a team that understands bikes — mechanically, operationally, and as everyday transport.
People on Bicycles designs, delivers, and equips active transport programs across WA. Working with schools, universities, local governments, and community organisations, the business has upskilled more than 10,000 participants and engaged over 40 schools and partners.
That work requires bikes to be transported, assembled, serviced, inspected, and maintained at scale — often across multiple locations in a single week. PoB Logistics is the infrastructure that makes it possible.
We opened that infrastructure to bike brands because we recognised that what we'd built — compliant, careful, expert bike handling in Perth — was something the industry needed and couldn't easily find.
